We do not guarantee:

- A specific number of leads, sales, calls, or revenue

- That ads or campaigns will be approved by third-party platforms

- That past performance will be repeated in the future

Any numbers, testimonials, or case studies shown on the Site are examples only and do not guarantee you will achieve the same results.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information when requested;

- Respond to our questions and feedback in a timely manner;

- Obtain all required approvals, licenses, and permissions for your products/services; and

- Ensure that your offers, landing pages, and messages comply with applicable laws (including advertising, privacy, and consumer protection laws).

You are responsible for the content of your offers, your pricing, and how you handle customers who respond to leads we generate.

Refunds

- Fees for completed or in-progress services are non-refundable.

- Any guarantees or refund policies must be in writing to be enforceable.

Portfolio & Marketing Use

- Display your logo and name as a client; and

- Reference the work we perform for you as part of our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials (excluding your confidential information).
